Discover the world’s great rice cultures by sampling more than 100 famous rice dishes, snacks and beverages from 10 vibrant countries.

This is the ultimate culinary adventure – the festival will showcase over 20 pop-up food stalls and food trucks offering a range of popular and unique rice-based dishes, including appetisers, main meals, desserts and drinks.

The vast menu includes the following:
• yakionigiri (charcoal-grilled rice triangles)

• Egyptian street food
• South-American grilled barbecue with arroz verde (Argentinian green rice)
• Indonesian beef rending

• Filipino BBQ skewers
• Poke (Hawaiian sushi salad)
• Arancini balls
• Vietnamese street food (including pho)
• Japanese pastries
